Become an Organizing Fellow
Turnout Nation Organizing Fellowship
Turnout Nation fellows are leaders that represent and recruit Voting Captains for upcoming elections in their area. In addition to finding volunteers in their area, fellows work together on capstone voter education projects.
As a Turnout Nation Organizing Fellow, you’ll help recruit, organize, and engage Voting Captains in your community. There will also be an opportunity to work on a voter education project with other Fellows. According to a Tufts Circle 2020 report, nearly ⅓ of young people would participate in civic engagement if given an easy opportunity. Not only will you help raise turnout in a local election, you will also offer a first step for many in becoming more civically engaged in future elections or movements.
Currently we offer programs for specific elections. Check below for upcoming program dates. If you would like to start a program for an election, you can email a proposal to info@turnoutnation.org. This is a paid position with access to training and mentorship from Turnout Nation and Organizing Empowerment.
